摘要
目的调查非创伤性股骨头坏死(NONFH)患者的中医体质特点。方法纳入179例NONFH患者作为病例组,309例健康志愿者为对照组。进行一般情况及中医体质类型问卷调查。采用Logistic回归模型分析筛选NONFH发病的影响因素。结果气虚质、湿热质、血瘀质是NONFH患者的最常见体质类型。病例组的年龄、体质指数大于对照组,且气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质者比例均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。年龄>40岁、体质指数>22 kg/m^2,以及中医体质为气虚、湿热、血瘀,均是NONFH发生的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论气虚质、湿热质、血瘀质是NONFH患者的常见体质类型,这3种体质的人群发生NONFH的风险更高。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution of patients with nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(NONFH). Methods A total of 179 NONFH patients were selected as case group and 309 healthy volunteers as control group. A questionnaire survey about general condition and TCM constitution was conducted. Logistic regression model was used to analyze and screen out the influencing factors of developing NONFH. Results Constitution of qi asthenia, constitution of damp-heat, and constitution of blood stasis were the most common constitution types in NONFH patients. In comparison with the control group, the case group exhibited older age, higher body mass index, as well as a higher proportion of case with constitution of qi asthenia, phlegm-dampness, damp-heat, blood stasis or qi stagnation(all P<0.05). Age >40 years, body mass index>22 kg/m^2, and TCM constitutions of qi asthenia, damp-heat and blood stasis were all the risk factors for developing NONFH(all P<0.05). Conclusion Constitutions of qi asthenia,damp-heat and blood stasis are the common constitution types of NONFH, and the individuals with these three constitutions are at higher risk for developing NONFH.
