摘要
结合三层架构C/S模式特点,对船体建造板材等离子切割成形工艺系统进行需求分析,开发出适用于船体建造的基于三层架构C/S模式的板材等离子切割成形工艺数据库系统。目的为较好的实现船体建造对板材等离子切割系统的使用要求,提高智能加工效率、提升产品质量、降低资源消耗。
Combined with the characteristics of the three layers structure C/S mode, the demand analysis of the sheet plasma cutting forming process system for hull construction is carried out, and a three layers C/S mode based on the sheet plasma cutting forming process database system which is suitable for the hull construction is developed. The purpose is to better realize the use requirements of the hull construction for the sheet plasma cutting system, improve the intelligent processing efficiency, improve the product quality, and reduce the resource consumption.
