摘要
在互联网高速发展的快节奏生活模式下,实体书店的用户正在大量流失,其中青年群体占流失用户的大多数。文章通过实地调研和用户访谈等方法,对杭州多家实体书店进行研究,分析总结青年群体在实体书店体验中存在的痛点。从书店整体氛围营造、书店用户体验提升、书店空间布局规划三个维度提出对应解决策略并进行相应的设计实践,为未来更多相关的设计和研究提供参考。
Under the fast-paced lifestyle of the rapid development of the Internet,users in physical bookstores are being lost in large numbers,and youth groups account for the majority.This article analyzes and summarizes the pain points of the youth group in the physical bookstore experience through field surveys and user interviews on multiple physical bookstores in Hangzhou.It proposes corresponding solutions from the three dimensions:bookstore atmosphere building,bookstore user experience improvement and bookstore space layout planning.And carry out corresponding design practices to provide references for more related design and research in the future.
