伊朗阿曼湾海域带鱼生物学特性研究 被引量:5

Biological characteristics of silvery hairtail fish Trichiurus lepturus in the waters of Gulf of Oman in Iran

摘要 为了研究伊朗阿曼湾海域带鱼Trichiurus lepturus生物学特性,根据2017年7—8月及2018年5—7月阿曼湾海域底拖网渔船采集的带鱼数据,对其繁殖特性、摄食等级、生长特性、肛长与体质量关系、初次性成熟肛长及年龄与生长的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:5—8月,阿曼湾海域带鱼雌雄性比为1.30∶1.00;性腺成熟度以Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期为主,占总体的80.66%;摄食等级以1~2级为主,占总体的67.50%,其次为0级,占总体的16.64%;肛长范围为119~580 mm,占总体的46.11%,优势肛长组为160~209 mm,优势肛长组平均肛长为(181±13)mm;肛长与体质量显著相关(P<0.05),呈幂函数关系;根据初次性成熟肛长公式推出带鱼初次性成熟肛长为242.3 mm;Von Bertalanffy生长方程显示,阿曼湾海域带鱼的极限肛长为610.4 mm,极限体质量为1996.3 g。本研究结果将有利于支持带鱼种群的区划,为带鱼资源评估奠定了基础。 Silvery hairtail fish Trichiurus lepturus samples were collected in waters of Oman Bay in July-August 2017 and May-July 2018 by bottom trawlers to study the biological characteristics including reproductive characteristics,feeding grade,relationship between anus length and body weight,anal length at first maturity,age and growth of silver hairtail fish in the waters of Iran's Gulf of Oman.The results showed that the silvery hairtail fish had the female to male ratio of 1.30∶1.00 in the Gulf of Oman from May to August,with dominant mature gonad ofⅡorⅢphases,accounting for 80.66%of all samples.The silvery hairtail fish had primarily feeding intensity of 1 to 2 degrades,accounting for 67.50%of the total,and the next feeding intensity of 0 degrade,accounting for 16.64%of the total.The silvery hairtail fish had anus length ranging from 119 mm to 580 mm,accounting for 46.11%of the total,with the dominant class from 160 mm to 209 mm,average value of(181±13)mm.Anus length was found to be significantly related to body weight,with a power function relationship.The first maturity silvery hairtail fish had anus length of 242.3 mm,and the Von Bertalanffy growth equation revealed that silvery hairtail fish had the maximum anal length of 610.4 mm and maximum body weight of 1996.3 g in the Gulf of Oman.The finding is helpful to support the regionalization of silvery hairtail fish population and lay a foundation for the assessment of silvery hairtail fish resources.
