摘要 为满足电力工程造价“标准化、规范化、专业化、信息化”管理以及未来能源互联网发展要求,以BIM技术为基础,结合全生命周期造价管理理论,构建集自动算量、计价、价格更新为一体的电力工程全生命周期造价计算模型,并结合实际工程,分别从单阶段造价自动计算和全生命周期造价联动更新两方面进行验证分析,为解决人工造价计算低效率、高耗能、频犯错、常反复等问题提供方法参考。 For electric power engineering cost the standardization,normalization,specialization,informationization management and future energy internet development,this article is based on BIM technology,combining with the whole life cycle cost management theory,constructs the whole life cycle of electric power engineering cost calculation model,integrated of automatically calculating quantity,pricing,price update combining with practical engineering,respectively,verifies from single phase automatic calculation cost and total life cycle cost linkage update,provides reference for problems known as low efficiency of artificial cost calculation,high energy consumption,frequent mistakes and repeated problems.
