摘要
涂子沛在《数文明》中指出:“谁能把力量集中起来使用,然后在一个点上释放出来,谁就能赢”。本文从剖析中美贸易战的诱因出发,论证了美国发动贸易战所使用的的中美贸易数据基础及统计方法的片面性,并对海关加强数据主权研究和应用,优化国际贸易指标体系,有的放矢、精准发力,用高水平、真实、全面的中美贸易数据破解美国发动贸易战的片面数据提出意见建议。
Tu Zipei pointed out in the New Civilization upon Data:"Those who can concentrate their power and then release it at one point will win out in the competition."Based on the analysis of the causes that led to the Sino-US trade war,this paper demonstrates the one-sidedness of the data base and statistical methods used by the United States to launch the trade war,and proposes suggestions on how to strengthen the study and application of data sovereignty,optimize the index system of international trade and providing high quality,authentic and comprehensive Sino-US trade data to precisely shoot the one-sidedness of data used by the US for the trade war.
