摘要
拉曼光谱技术是一种基于拉曼光谱特异性的快速无损检测方法,在食品无损检测领域中得到广泛应用。对拉曼光谱的原理及其特点进行系统论述,同时列举几种拉曼光谱分析技术,并对拉曼光谱在食品成分检测、食品真伪和掺假检测检测、药物残留检测、食品添加剂及有害成分检测的应用进行重点阐述,根据拉曼光谱技术发展情况对其应用前景进行展望。
Raman spectroscopy is a rapid and nondestructive testing based on specific Raman spectrum.The principle and features of Raman spectroscopy are introduced,at the same time,several Raman spectrum analysis technologies are enumerated.Focus on the application of Raman spectroscopy in detecting food ingredients,food authenticity and adulteration,food additives,and harmful component.Moreover,its future application prospects according to current situation are discussed.
