摘要
制造业的质量变革是推动我国经济高质量发展的重要支撑和动力源泉。从质量要素、质量需求和产业支撑三个方面构建制造业质量竞争力评价指标体系,使用熵值法测度了我国31个省份的制造业质量竞争力,可知我国的制造业质量竞争力呈现显著的区域差异,东部经济发达地区的制造业质量竞争力明显高于中西部。基于评价结果考察了各因素对制造业质量竞争力的影响,实证研究结果表明:研发经费投入对制造业质量竞争力具有显著的正向影响,企业规模与制造业质量竞争力之间呈现先降后升的“U型”关系。提升我国的制造业质量竞争力,需要着重推动质量四大基础设施建设,提升基础领域和关键核心技术的创新能力以及关注中小企业的质量竞争力提升。
The quality change of manufacturing industry is an important support and power source for promoting the high-quality development of China’s economy.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of manufacturing quality competitiveness from three aspects:quality factor,quality demand and industrial support.The entropy method is used to measure the manufacturing quality competitiveness of 31 provinces in China.China’s manufacturing quality competitiveness shows significant regional differences,and the manufacturing quality competitiveness of the eastern economically developed regions is significantly higher than that of the central and western regions.Based on the evaluation results,the influence of various factors on the quality competitiveness of manufacturing industry was investigated.The empirical research results show that R&D expenditure has a significant positive impact on the quality competitiveness of manufacturing industry,and the scale between enterprise scale and manufacturing quality competitiveness is first drop.After the rise of the“U-shaped”relationship.To improve China’s manufacturing quality competitiveness,we need to focus on promoting the construction of four major quality infrastructures,improving the innovation capabilities of basic areas and key core technologies,and focusing on the improvement of quality competitiveness of SMEs.
