摘要
随着中国旅游业的快速发展,旅游人才培养任重道远。按照成果导向教育理论,从平衡专业技能培养和未来发展潜力塑造角度,以金华职业技术学院为例,研究了高职旅游管理专业的课程设置优化,按照"精技能、厚文化、懂管理"的课程设置理念,形成导游服务、旅游顾问两大技能课程群,辅以旅游文化与管理潜质课程选修课程群,为同类专业课程设置改革提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, the training of tourism talents has a long way to go. In this paper,according to the outcome oriented education theory, from the perspective of the balance between professional skills training and shaping potential future development, and taking Jinhua Polytechnic as an example, curriculum setting optimization of of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges is researched. In accordance with the curriculum setting concept of "good skill,thick culture, understanding management", two skill courses groups for tour guide service and tourism consultant are formed, supplemented by courses group of potential tourism culture and management,which provides reference for the reform of similar professional curriculum setting.
