功能皮革负离子发生量测试方法研究 被引量:11

Research on detection method for negative oxygen ion generation of functional leather

摘要 负离子功能皮革深受消费者青睐,但由于其负离子携带电荷少、寿命短、极易受环境影响湮灭等,发生量难以准确测量,影响了负氧离子类产品的开发.以常规控制图为分析方法,结果表明:测试负离子发生量时,负离子检测器与功能皮革的最佳距离为2 cm;离散度:密闭式环境〈半密闭式环境〈开放式环境,其中开放环境下离散度≥10%;负离子发生量:密闭式环境〉半密闭式环境〉开放式环境,其中密闭式环境中负氧离子发生量为2202个/cm3,离散度为5.578%. The negative oxygen ion functional leather is gradually becoming more popular with consumers.However,the negative oxygen ion carries a small charge,has a short life span,and is easily annihilated by environmental influence,it is difficult to accurately measure the generation,which affects the development of negative oxygen ion products.The Shewhart control charts was used as an analysis method,the result show that the optimal distance for detection of negative oxygen ion generation is 2 cm,dispersion:enclosed environment<semi-enclosed environment<open environment,plus,dispersion in open environment≥10%.The generation of negative oxygen ions:enclosed environment>semi-enclosed environment>open environment.And the generation of negative oxygen ion in enclosed environment is 2202 pcs/cm^3,with dispersion of 5.578%.
