摘要
凯撒医疗是美国整合型医疗的代表,其独特的医疗卫生服务体系支撑着体系内部提供连续、一体化的服务,其经营理念、关键要素与我国紧密型县域医疗卫生共同体(以下简称"医共体")建设的内涵存在重叠效应。主要从服务体系、组织架构以及核心价值要素对凯撒医疗模式进行介绍。我国紧密型医共体建设应明确整合型县域医疗卫生服务体系的功能主体地位,以县域医疗保险为支点,建立"经济契约"关系,加强医疗信息联动。
Kaiser Permanente is a representative of integrated health care in the United States.Its unique health service system supports the provision of integrated health care within the system.Meanwhile,its business philosophy and key elements are consistent with the connotation of compact county-level medical alliance in China.Kaiser Permanente is mainly introduced from the aspects of health service system,organizational structure,and core value elements.The construction of compact medical alliance in China should clearly define the functional subject of integrated county-level health service system.With county medical insurance as the fulcrum,it is suggested to establish an"economic contract"relationship,and to strengthen the construction of health information linkage.
