精益知识管理能力的维度划分与检验——基于扎根理论 被引量:4

摘要 精益知识管理能力是导致企业开展精益生产的效果大相径庭的重要原因之一。为弄清精益知识管理能力的内涵和构成维度,以实施精益生产的企业为样本,采集典型企业数据,运用扎根理论方法,按照开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择性编码的路径构建精益知识管理能力的维度结构和内容,归纳出相对饱和的理论,将精益知识管理能力划分为精益知识获取能力、精益知识整合能力和精益知识应用能力3个维度14个构成要素并进行验证,为企业优化提升精益知识管理能力提供参考。 Lean knowledge management ability is one of the important reasons that the effect of lean production is quite different.In order to find out the connotation and composition dimension of lean knowledge management ability,this paper takes the enterprises implementing lean production as samples,collects typical enterprise data,and constructs the dimension structure and content of lean knowledge management ability according to the path of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the theory of relative saturation is summarized,and the ability of lean knowledge management is divided into 14 elements in three dimensions:lean knowledge acquisition ability,lean knowledge integration ability and lean knowledge application ability,to provide reference for enterprises to optimize and enhance lean knowledge management ability.
