摘要
文章以高校教师评教成绩作为研究对象,采用有序多分类Logistic回归模型分析高校教师评教成绩的影响因素。结果显示:教师的教学态度、教学方式和教师是否参与教材改编对教师评教成绩有显著性的影响。此外,使用测试集检验模型的准确性和有效性,得到的检验效果较理想,表明有序多分类Logistic回归模型能够很好地表示高校教师评教成绩。
This paper takes college teachers’ evaluation score as the research object,and uses the orderly multi-classification logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of college teachers ’ evaluation score. The results show that teachers’ teaching attitudes,teaching methods and teachers’ involvement in textbook adaptation have significant influence on teachers’ evaluation score. In addition,the test set is employed to test the accuracy and validity of the model,which leads to a satisfactory test result. It is thus indicated that the orderly multi-classification logistic regression model can be a good way to analyzing influencing factors of college teachers’ evaluation score.
