摘要
校企文化融合贯穿于张謇兴实业、办教育的实践中,是张謇事业成功的基石。张謇以"忠实不欺,力求精进"的职业精神立校,首创"厂中校"办学模式,践行严格的教育和管理制度,将优秀传统文化理念贯穿于实业和教育实践中。这些实践举措与我国当下职业教育改革的精神不谋而合,对当前高职院校在重塑职业精神、构建双元育人模式、完善质量保障体系和利用优秀传统文化资源搭建育人载体等方面都有借鉴意义。
Being the cornerstone of his success, Zhang Jian’s thought of integration of school-enterprise cultureruns through his practice of setting up businesses and schools. On the basis of the vocational spirit of beinghonest and striving to advance,Zhang Jian initiated"school in factory",a new school-running pattern. Itimplemented strict systems of education and management,and also applied the outstanding Chinese traditionalculture to the industrial and educational practice throughout. These thoughts and practices,which hold the sameview as the present reform of vocational education in China,shed light on reshaping vocational spirit,developingdual-education,improving quality assurance system,and diversifying educational carriers by making use ofoutstanding traditional culture.
