摘要
中国燃煤烟气脱硫的主导技术是石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术,该技术面临石灰石价格上涨压力,存在能耗高、温室气体排放、破坏石灰石矿区生态环境、石膏废渣和废水处理困难等诸多问题。通过分析比较,氨法烟气脱硫技术具有脱硫效率高、环境污染小、资源综合利用好等技术优势,能有效解决石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术的环保问题,符合绿色环保和循环经济的理念。鉴于中国的能源结构和技术条件,建议减少煤炭依存度、强化煤炭洗选提质、推广氨法烟气脱硫技术以达到削减燃煤硫排放的目的。
Limestone-gypsum wet process flue gas desulfurization(FGD)technology is the leading technology of coal-fired FGD in China,which facing the pressure of limestone price rising and other many problems,such as high energy consumption,greenhouse gas emissions,damage to the ecological environment of limestone mining area,gypsum waste residue and wastewater treatment difficulties and so on.Through the analysis and comparison,the ammonia process FGD technology has the technical advantages of high desulfurization efficiency,small environmental pollution,and comprehensive utilization of resources and so on,which can effectively solve the environmental problems of limestone-gypsum wet process FGD technology and conforms to the concept of green environmental protection and circular economy.It is suggested to reduce the dependence of coal,strengthen the quality of coal washing and upgrading,and promote the ammonia process FGD technology,so as to reduce the coal-fired sulfur emission.
