摘要
目的探讨优化健康教育对亚临床甲减患者的康复效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年7月在我院内分泌科治疗的亚临床甲减患者84例作为护理对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组进行优化健康教育。护理后,从患者亚临床甲减医学知识掌握情况、甲状腺功能指标和不良反应发生率等几方面,比较护理效果。结果观察组医学知识掌握情况好于对照组,甲状腺功能指标检测结果优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化健康教育有效提高了亚临床甲减患者的康复效果。
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation efficacy of optimized health education on p发atients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods 84 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism treated at the Department of Endocrinology of our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the nursing objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing methods,while the observation group was performed with optimized health education.After nursing,the nursing effect was compared from the following aspects:Mastery of medical knowledge of subclinical hypothyroidism in patients,thyroid function indexes,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The mastery of medical knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the detection results of thyroid function indexes were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized health education has effectively improved the rehabilitation efficacy of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.
