摘要
目的探讨胎球蛋白B和锁链素与冠心病患者心血管事件发生的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年1月于我院接受治疗的60例冠心病患者临床资料,其中不稳定型心绞痛34例,急性心肌梗死26例。根据其修正心脏风险指数(RCRI)分为危险性升高组20例与低危组40例,分析胎球蛋白B和锁链素与冠心病患者心血管事件发生的相关性。结果危险性升高组胎球蛋白B、锁链素、RCRI指数明显高于低危组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性心肌梗死组胎球蛋白B、锁链素、RCRI指数明显高于不稳定型心绞痛组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胎球蛋白B和锁链素与冠心病患者心血管事件发生风险呈正相关(r=0.990、0.779,P均=0.000)。结论胎球蛋白B和锁链素与冠心病患者心血管事件发生呈正相关,观察孕胎球蛋白B和锁链素水平可有效预测冠心病患者心血管事件发生的风险,利于临床及时采取对应干预措施。
Objective To investigate the relationship between fetuin B and catenin and cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,including 34 cases of unstable angina pectoris and 26 cases of acute myocardial infarction.According to their revised cardiac risk index(RCRI),they were divided into high-risk group(n=20)and low-risk group(n=40),and the correlation between fetuin B and catenin and cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results The levels of fetuin B,catenin,and RCRI in the high-risk group were significantly higher than those in the low-risk group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fetuin B,catenin,and RCRI in the acute myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than those in the unstable angina pectoris group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Fetuin B and catenin were positively correlated with the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.990,0.779,P=0.000).Conclusion Fetuin B and catenin are positively correlated with the occurrence of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease.Observing the levels of fetoglobin B and catenin can effectively predict the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease,which is conducive to timely take corresponding interventions in the clinic.
