摘要
以某300 MW机组为例,针对供热机组热电解耦、深度调峰能力差的问题,分析了高低旁路联合供热方案的技术特点,以及当前火电机组调峰补偿政策。对机组高低旁路联合供热投运前后分别进行了汽轮机热耗率及机组煤耗率等热力性能试验。结果表明:高低旁路联合供热在保证供热负荷的同时,可使机组负荷降低13.217 MW,提高了机组热电解耦能力,在调峰补偿政策背景下,可提高企业的实际经济效益。
Taking the poor adaptability of thermoelectric coupling to the depth peak regulation of power grid of a 300 MW heating unit as the research object, the technical characteristics of HP-LP bypass system combining with heating, and the power units compensation policy of peak regulation were analyzed in this paper. The thermal performance tests of unit coal consumption and turbine heat rate were carried out before and after the operation of HP-LP bypass system combining with heating. The results indicate that HP-LP bypass system combining with heating can reduce unit load by 13.217 MW while ensuring heating load and improve the thermoelectric decoupling capacity. Under the background of compensation policy of peak regulation,it can improve enterprise economic efficiency.
