摘要
电机是新能源汽车的关键零部件之一,压铸电机壳体因其工作环境特殊,机械强度要求高,在压铸技术开发中有一定的难度。本文针对某新能源汽车电机壳体压铸成型,应用数值模拟方法,采用多种浇注系统来模拟铝液的流动,控制铝合金液体流动充型状态以避免部分缺陷的形成。同时在试模与试生产阶段,从压铸工艺、压铸设备、模具等方面分析气孔、夹层缺陷产生的原因并改善。结果表明,通过优化进浇方式和排溢系统可以有效减少气孔和缩孔;通过合理的压铸工艺和铝液纯净化控制能避免内部夹层的产生。
The motor is one of the key components of the new energy vehicle.Due to its special working environment and high mechanical strength,the die-casting motor housing has certain difficulties in the development of die-casting technology.In this paper,die-casting is applied for a motor housing of new energy vehicle,numerical simulation method is applied,and various pouring systems are used to simulate the flow of aluminum liquid,and the flow filling state of aluminum alloy liquid is controlled to avoid the formation of some defects.At the same time,in the trial mold and trial production stage,the causes of different defects are analyzed and improved from the point of view of die casting process,die casting equipment and mold.The results show that the pores can be effectively reduced by optimizing the infusion method and the drainage system,and the reasonable die casting process and aluminum liquid purification control can avoid the generation of internal interlayer.
