摘要
针对川西中浅层气藏产水气井不同生产阶段排液困难的特点,持续开展了气井井筒流态及泡沫排水采气工艺技术研究,研究结果表明,井筒压力梯度为0.3~0.5 MPa/100 m时,井筒流态呈段塞流,液相明显滑脱,必须对药剂类型、用量、周期、加注方式、排液方式等进行优化,有针对性的制定"一井一制"泡排工艺技术措施。文章针对常规气井、高含凝析油气井和低压低产气井,分别优选出了合适的泡排药剂,形成了泡排药剂的优选方法,提出了不同气井的泡排剂加注方式及排液方式,并在川西中浅层气藏开展了泡沫排水采气工艺技术规模化应用,取得了显著效果。
According to the characteristics of difficult drainage at different production stages of water-producing Wells in the middle and shallow gas reservoirs in western sichuan,the research on wellbore flow pattern and gas recovery by foam drainage technology has been carried out.A wellbore pressure gradient of 0.3~0.5 MPa/100 m indicates slug flow and liquid slippage,raising the necessity to optimize the foam assisted liquid lifting process:foaming agent type,dosage,dosing period,dosing methods and drainage assistance,thus establishing specific maintenance system for individual wells.In this paper,for the conventional gas wells,condensate-rich wells and low pressure and low productivity gas wells,suitable foam scrubbing agents are respectively selected to form the optimal selection method of the foam scrubbing agent,and the dosing methods and draining assistance method of different gas wells are also proposed.Large scale field application of such techniques in midshallow gas reservoirs in western Sichuan has achieved significant success.
