摘要
2016年,连云港市启动“普职融通”改革试点,随着试点的不断深入,在取得阶段性成效的同时,一些问题也浮出水面:机制设计缺乏宏观政策指导,学籍流动缺乏政策文件支持,“指腹为婚”式的选点,试点管理错位、规则模糊、课程拼凑等。深入推进“普职融通”改革,需要区域职业教育以主动“融入”的方式向基础教育改革借力,争取省级教育行政的“实验区”,选择“门当户对”的试点学校,课程建设从零散走向系统化设计,健全、完善保障制度。
In 2016,Lianyungang city initiated the pilot reform project of“integration of vocational education and general education during high school”.While achieving progressive achievements,with the deepening of the pilot reforms,some problems also appeared:The lack of macro policy guidance in mechanism design,lack of policy document supporting student status mobility,“proposing a marriage by pointing to stomach”typed selection,pilot reform management dislocation,ambiguous rules,and course arrangement,etc.To deeply promote the reform of“integration of vocational education and general education during high school”,it requires regional vocational education to depend on basic education reform in the way of active“integration”,endeavor to be the“experimental area”of provincial education administration,choose the“properly matched”pilot schools,construct the curriculum in a way from scattered to systematic design,and improve the guarantee system.
