预压式光纤光栅在预应力碳纤维板中的应变传感特性研究

摘要 文章提出了一种预应力碳纤维板方槽埋入式耦合光纤光栅的工艺,并经由实验和理论分析研究了光纤光栅应变传感特性。与裸光纤光栅的测试结果比较表明,光纤光栅耦合预应力碳纤维板工艺基本不改变光纤光栅应变传递的灵敏度,但是施加预应力能有效扩大光纤光栅的测量范围。应变传感性能良好,结合可靠的封装及锚固系统,可实现预应力碳纤维板加固施工期和服役期全阶段应力准确、稳定地监测。 A process for pre-stressed carbon fiber board square groove embedded coupling fiber gratings is proposed,and the strain sensing characteristics of fiber gratings are studied through experimental and theoretical analysis.The comparison with the test results of the bare fiber grating shows that the fiber grating coupling pre-stressed carbon fiber board process basically does not change the sensitivity of fiber grating strain transfer,but the application of pre-stress can effectively expand the measurement range of fiber grating.Strain sensing performance is good,combined with a reliable packaging and anchoring system,it is possible to achieve accurate and stable stress monitoring throughout the construction and service life of pre-stressed carbon fiber boards.
