摘要
钢管混凝土支护结构力学性能复杂,其影响因素较多,仅通过模型实验或者理论分析并不能够准确反映其受力特点。笔者依托山东省青岛市地铁1号线工程,基于ABAQUS数值分析软件,分析了不同隧道支护结构型式,讨论了不同支护结构截面形式对钢管混凝土支护结构的力学性能,并将其与传统的支护型式进行讨论,进而阐述了钢管混凝土支护结构的力学性能。研究表明,与传统支护结构相比,钢管混凝土支护结构具有承载能力大,支护效果好的特点,其计算结果可为隧道支护设计提供重要参考和施工经验。
The mechanical properties of concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)support structure are complex,and there are many influencing factors.The author relied on Qingdao metro line 1 project,Shandong province and based on ABAQUS numerical analysis software,this paper analyzes different tunnel support structure types,discusses the mechanical properties of CFST support structure with different support structure section types,and discusses the mechanical properties of CFST support structure with traditional support types.The results show that,compared with the traditional supporting structure,the CFST supporting structure has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and good supporting effect.
