摘要
带式输送机是煤矿重要的运输机械装置,但在长期连续的运输过程中,经常会出现输送带跑偏事故。分析了带式输送机输送带跑偏的主要原因,介绍了传统输送带跑偏防护措施及缺陷,设计了一种新型带式输送机防跑偏装置。介绍了新型防跑偏装置的结构、工作原理和调试方法。该装置在某煤矿的实际应用取得了良好的效果。
Belt conveyor is an important transport mechanism in coal mine,but in the long-term continuous transport process,belt deviation accidents happened from time to time.In this regard,the main causes of belt deviation of belt conveyor,the traditional protective measures and defects of belt deviation have been analyzed and a new anti-deviation device of belt conveyor has been designed.The structure,working principle and the debugging method of anti-deviation device have been introduced.The device has passed the practical application of a coal mine and achieved good results.
