摘要
红庆河煤矿主井提升机提升高度770 m,提升机速度15.18 m/s,针对提升机尾绳侧边磨损及尾绳损伤的各种原因分析,通过反复分析和调整,经多方试验,最后确定了尾绳保护的几种改进方案。经实际应用,该改进方案取得了良好的运行效果。
In Hongqinghe Coal Mine,the lifting height of the main shaft hoist is 770 m,and the speed of the hoist is 15.18 m/s.Based on the analysis of various causes of the side wear of the tail rope and the damage of the tail rope on the hoist,several improvement schemes for the tail rope protection have been determined through repeated analysis and adjustment,and through many tests.Through practical application,the improvement plan have been achieved good operation results.
