选取24只体重相近(20 kg±5 kg)的川中黑山羊,随机分为4组,每组6只.对照组育肥羊饲喂不添加碱贮真姬菇菌糠的日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组育肥羊分别饲喂添加20%、30%和40%碱贮真姬菇菌糠的日粮,预饲期14 d,正饲期60 d,研究碱贮真姬菇菌糠对育肥羊生产性能、屠宰性能及血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,在日粮中添加不同水平的碱贮真姬菇菌糠可以降低饲料成本,提高经济效益且对育肥羊的生产性能、屠宰性能及血液生化指标没有不良影响.试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组育肥羊的平均日采食量较对照组分别提高了12.28%、16.37%和5.85%(P<0.05);试验组育肥羊的屠宰性能较对照组有提高的趋势,但差异不显著;试验组育肥羊血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性较对照组均有提高,但差异不显著;试验Ⅱ组育肥羊的瘤胃重量和瘤胃指数较对照组分别提高了22.00%和12.03%(P<0.05),总胆固醇浓度较对照组提高了28.95%(P<0.05).综合评定结果显示,添加30%碱贮真姬菇菌糠的效果最佳.
To study the efficacy of spent mushroom on boosting physiological and productive performances of finishing goat, alkaline treated Hypsizigus marmoreus substrates were supplemented to Chuanzhong black goats at levels of 20%, 30% and 40%. The trial was carried out on 24 finishing goats(body weight of 20 kg±5 kg), which were randomly divided into 4 groups and 6 fattening goats per group. The control group was replaced with the same amount of basal diet. The pre-feeding period lasted 14 d and normal feeding period continued 60 d. The results showed that the application of alkaline treated mushroom waste reduced feed costs and improved economic efficiency without penalizing the production performance, slaughter performance and blood biochemical indexes of finishing goats. Average daily feed intake of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ increased by 12.28%, 16.37% and 5.85% compared with the control(P<0.05), respectively. The slaughter performance in all treatment groups continued a uprising trend though without significant difference compared with the control(P>0.05). Glutathione-peroxidase, total superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity were quantitatively increased, but not statistically enhanced(P>0.05). Compared with the control, rumen weight and rumen index in group Ⅱ increased by 22.00% and 12.03%(P<0.05), respectively, and total cholesterol content was also enhanced by 28.95%(P<0.05). Considering the overall performance, adding alkali-treated H.marmoreus waste at the rate of 30% demonstrated the optimum efficacy.
