摘要
马克思主义人本思想基本内涵体现为:主体性、需要性、实践性、发展性。党的十九届四中全会提出要推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,而社区治理是国家治理的“最后一公里”。社区兼具“人民自治”与“政府派出”的性质,是政府与人民之间的“桥梁”。社区治理现代化必须坚持马克思主义人本思想的引领作用。以马克思主义人本思想统筹社区角色定位、提高社区服务水平、提升社区职业水准、健全社区激励机制。
Tracing back to Marxist humanism,its basic connotation embodies subjectivity,necessity,practicality and development.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Community governance is the"last mile"of national governance.Community is a bridge between the government and the people,which has the nature of"people's autonomy"and"government dispatch".The modernization of community governance must adhere to the leading role of Marxist humanism.We should coordinate the role orientation of the community,improve the service level of the community,enhance the professional level of the community,and improve the incentive mechanism of the community.
