摘要
针对煤电企业的输煤系统及煤场环境安全管理较差的状况,从员工教育、物理隔离、防护升级等方面开展综合治理,提出并落实“五全”管理理念,实现了输煤系统及煤场安全文明生产状况的根本性改变,为外委项目的管理提供了一个全新的思路。
In view of the poor environmental and safety management of coal handling system and coal yard in coal-fired power enterprises,the comprehensive management is carried out from the aspects of staff education,physical isolation,protection upgrading etc.and the"five-complete"management concept is put forward and implemented,which realizes the fundamental changes in safety and civilized production situation of coal yard and coal handling system,and provides a new idea for the management of outsourcing projects.
