摘要
本文采用实弹炮击的形式试验研究了2种新型抑爆材料对舰船油舱的抑爆效果。分别用高速相机、红外热像仪和压力传感器来记录爆炸图像、温度场分布以及爆炸超压,试验结果与空白实验进行了对比。通过试验研究,给出了2种抑爆材料在喷气燃料(RP-3)爆炸过程中的高速图像、温度分布以及爆炸超压曲线等数据,为未来选取舰船油舱抑爆材料提供了一定的理论基础。试验结果表明,网状高分子材料和非金属球形材料在不同程度上对舰船油舱起到了抑爆效果。
In this study,the explosion suppression efficiency of two various materials was investigated experimentally in the ship’s oil tank.High-speed camera,infrared thermal imager and pressure sensor were used to record the explosion image,temperature distribution and explosion overpressure,respectively.This was also compared with the results obtained from the blank test.Based on the results obtained from this paper,some explosion suppression materials can be selected to use in the ship's oil tank.The results indicate that two materials have achieved varying degrees of explosion suppression efficiency in the ship’s oil tank.
