摘要
随着电力市场化改革和能源互联网技术的发展,电力客户的需求不断提升。为提高电力客户服务能力,建立主动需求预警机制与体系,需要掌握客户的需求特性以及各影响因素的作用效果。对电力客户总体需求进行分类概述;然后进行各类影响因素与客户需求的相关性分析;最后对各类影响因素及其影响效果做综合剖析,并为客户服务质量的提升提出建议。
With the development of power market reform and the development of energy internet technology,the demand of power customers continue to increase.In order to improve the power customer service capability and to establish an active demand early warning mechanism and system,it is necessary to grasp the customer's demand characteristics and the effects of various influencing factors.It summarizes the overall demand of power customers.Then it analyzes the correlation between various influencing factors and customer needs.Finally,it comprehensively analyzes various influencing factors and their effects,and proposes suggestions for improving customer service quality.
