摘要
针对超低排放条件下对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙水冷壁高温腐蚀问题,在对水冷壁贴壁烟气进行采样分析的基础上,从煤粉细度、磨出口温度、一次风煤比、磨出口一次风调平、运行氧量、炉宽方向氧量分布、配风方式等7个方面进行精细化燃烧调整,控制侧墙水冷壁管温度,防止近壁区域形成强还原性气氛,避免未燃煤粉气流冲刷水冷壁,从而有效抑制对冲燃烧锅炉侧墙水冷壁高温腐蚀。
In order to solve high temperature corrosion of opposed firing boiler after ultra low emission reformation, on basis of testing atmosphere around side water wall, the temperature and reductive atmosphere around side water wall is controlled, and prevents unburned pulverized coal scouring by taking the following measures: fineness of pulverized coal,outlet temperature and primary air distribution of coal pulverizers, coal-primary air ratio, oxygen content and its distribution along the width extension, air distribution, which can effective prevent high temperature corrosion of opposed firing boiler.
