摘要
采用无氟拒水工艺制备拒水化纤基布,利用T PU热熔胶膜将拒水化纤基布以及RFID超高频标签进行热压复合,制备一种新型服饰用防水RFID标签,对化纤基布的拒水能力及RFID复合电子标签的耐洗性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,经DM3668型拒水剂整理的RFID复合标签有很好的拒水性能参考国家标准对试样进行洗涤,机洗次数可达20次以上。
The water-repellent chemical fiber-based fabric is prepared by a fluorine-free water-repellent process,and then a water-repellent chemical fiber base cloth and a sticker RFID UHF tag are subjected to hot pressing using a TPU hot melt adhesive film,to prepare a new waterproof RFID tag for apparel.The washing performance of the water-repellent capacity label of the chemical fiber base fabric is characterized and analyzed.It is found that the water repellent concentration has little effect on the water repellency of the base fabric,but the water repellency performance increases with the immersion time.The sample is washed according to the national standard,and the number of machine washing could reach more than 20 times.
