摘要
开发了一种简便快捷的纱线摇黑板机及试样架,对主体结构、夹持组件、导纱组件、运输装置、调节组件及预张力加压装置等进行了相应的设计与改进。与现有的纱线摇黑板机相比,设计的设备结构合理、操作方便、经济实用,适用于各种卷装型式和大小的纱管。通过设置调节组件可根据检测要求在均匀的张力下调节纱线的起始位置与卷绕间距,使纱线较好地卷绕在黑板上,保证纱线黑板条干均匀测试结果的准确性。
A simple and fast yam winder and sample holder are developed,the corresponding design and improvement on the main structure,clamping components,guide yarn components,transport devices,adjustment components,as well as pre-tension pressurization devices are carried out.Compared with the existing yarn winder,the new one has reasonable stnicture,ronvenient operation,eronomir and practical characteristics,and it is suitable for a variety of different reel types and different sizes of yarn tubes.It can adjust the starting position and winding space of the yarns by setting up the adjustment components under uniform tension according to the detection requirements,so that the yam can wind on the blackboard better to ensure the accuracy of testing results of the yarn blackboard evenness.
