矿用带式输送机盘式制动器瞬时温度场仿真分析与实验研究

摘要 根据盘式制动器的结构、工作原理以及带式输送机的运行理论,在传热学和摩擦学的理论基础上,建立了制动盘热传递的数学模型,以确定热载荷的加载方式。借助ANSYS仿真工具对制动盘进行了热载荷的加载,得到整个制动过程中制动盘的瞬时温度场分布情况。搭建实验台,利用相同的理论与方法对制动盘瞬时温度场进行了仿真和实验测试研究,最终通过实验结果验证了所使用的有限元仿真分析方法的正确性和可行性。为煤矿用带式输送机制动器的设计和结构优化提供了理论依据。 According to the structure and working principle of the disc brake and the operating theory of the belt conveyor,based on the theory of heat transfer and tribology,a mathematical model of the heat transfer of the brake disc was established to determine the loading method of the thermal load. The ANSYS simulation tool loaded the brake disc with a thermal load,and obtained the instantaneous temperature field distribution of the brake disc during the entire braking process. The same theory and method were used to simulate and test the brake disc instantaneous temperature field on the built test bench. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the finite element simulation analysis method was verified by the experiment results. It provides a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the belt conveyor brake for coal mine.
