摘要 为了解决ZY2600型液压支架因联接头频繁断裂而影响正常生产的问题,先用SolidWorks软件对液压支架联接头进行建模,再利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行静力结构分析,计算获得了联接头的总变形云图、等效应变云图和等效应力云图,进而获得联接头的受力和形变情况,针对得出的结果对薄弱环节进行优化改进。 In order to solve the problem of the ZY2600 hydraulic support affecting normal production due to the frequent fracture of the connector. First,Solid Works software was used to model the connector of the hydraulic support,and ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to analyze the static structure. Then the total deformation nephogram,equivalent strain nephogram and equivalent strain force diagram of the connector were obtained by calculation. The force on the connector and its deformation were obtained. Based on this,the weak links were improved.
