摘要
作者将阴离子聚合领域的科研成果进行凝练与转化,建立了溶聚丁苯橡胶的工程化设计题目,并应用到聚合反应工程课程教学中。学生积极参与,顺利完成了反应器体积设计及宽分子量分布溶聚丁苯橡胶的聚合工艺设计,工程设计能力及创新意识明显提升。同时,教学中采用一种以Rubrics评价量表为基础的形成性评价方法,对教学效果和课程考核的评价体系进行了完善。
The scientific payoffs in the field of anionic polymerization were transformed to engineering design topics of solution styrene-butadiene rubber and applicated in the teaching of polymerization reaction engineering.Undergraduates participated actively and successfully completed the reactor volume design and the polymerization process design of solution styrene-butadiene rubber with wide molecular weight distribution.Their engineering design ability and innovation consciousness were greatly improved.A formative assessment method based on Rubrics was established and the evaluation of teaching effect and course assessment has been improved.
