摘要
目的探讨结肠腺癌患者血清miR-551b-3p和miR-143的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2018年1月~2019年4月解放军第四五四医院手术活检病理确诊的87例结肠腺癌患者作为病例组,选取同期结肠息肉患者106例作为对照组,记录患者基本信息并使用qPCR方法对两组患者循环血中miR-551b-3p和miR-143表达水平进行检测,并与结肠腺癌的分期和分级的关系进行分析。结果病例组患者循环血中miR-551b-3p和miR-143水平明显低于对照组患者(P均<0.05);结肠腺癌分化差、TNM分期晚、有淋巴结转移和远处转移的患者循环血中miR-551b-3p和miR-143水平下降更加明显(P均<0.05)。结论miR-551b-3p和miR-143可能参与了结肠腺癌肿瘤的增殖、分化及转移过程,循环血中miR-551b-3p和miR-143有望成为诊断和预测结肠腺癌预后的指标,但仍需扩大样本量进一步研究证实。
Objective To explore the value of serum levels of miR-551b-3p and miR-143 in the diagnosis and prognosis of colonic adenocarcinoma.Methods In this clinical study,87 patients with colonic adenocarcinoma(Observation group)and 106 patients with colonic polyps(Control group)were included.The fundamental and basic information were recorded.qPCR was used to analyze miR-551b-3p and miR-143 expressions in serum.Correlation between the serum level of miR-551b-3p and miR-143,and clinic pathological features in the patients with colonic adenocarcinoma were analyzed.Results The serum level of miR-551b-3p and miR-143 were markedly lower in patients with colonic adenocarcinoma than in colonic polyps(P<0.05 in all).The levels of miR-551b-3p and miR-143 were negatively correlated with tumor differentiation,TNM stages,lymph node metastasis,and distant metastasis in patients with colonic adenocarcinoma(P<0.05 in all).Conclusion In our study,the results indicated that miR-551b-3p and miR-143 probably involved in the proliferation,differentiation,and metastasis of colonic adenocarcinoma.Thus,miR-551b-3p and miR-143 are the potential biomarkers in the diagnosis and prognosis of colonic adenocarcinoma.However,the large scale clinical investigation still needs to be implemented to confirm their value in the future.
