摘要
威胁评估普遍采用常权重加权求和方法,该方法得到的评估结果过分取决于权重较大的指标。提出一种基于变权TOPSIS法的防空目标威胁评估方法,首先建立目标威胁评估体系,其次在计算目标威胁度时引入状态变权向量,使得指标权重随着各指标数值大小与相互之间关系的变化而产生适当调整,最后结合"优劣解距离法"(TOPSIS)得到来袭目标的威胁度序列。实例验证表明,所设计的威胁评估方法得到的结果比常权综合方法更加切合防空作战实际。
Threat assessment generally adopts constant weight weighted summation method.The evaluation results obtained by this method depend too much on the indicators with larger weights.A threat assessment method for air defense targets based on variable weight TOPSIS algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the threat assessment system of targets is established.Secondly,the state variable weight vector is introduced to calculate the threat degree of targets,which makes the weight of targets adjust appropriately with the change of the value of each index and the relationship between each other.Finally,the threat degree sequence of incoming targets is obtained by combining TOPSIS method.Examples show that the results obtained by the proposed threat assessment method are more practical than those obtained by the constant weight synthesis method in air defense operations.
