燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放技术及工程应用 被引量:5

摘要 采用预处理-纳滤分盐-反渗透膜浓缩-结晶工艺对燃煤电厂脱硫废水进行零排放处理,介绍了处理工程的设计及运行情况。2年多的工程运行结果表明,系统处理效果稳定、技术先进,实现了超过70%的废水回用,同时系统产盐干燥后达到《工业盐标准》(GB/T 5462-2016)中一级精制工业盐要求。该工艺实现了浓水减量,大大降低投资及运行成本,并成功提取氯化钠工业盐,对脱硫废水的零排放处理有较大的借鉴意义。 The combined process of pretreatment-nanofiltration-reverse osmosis-crystallization was used for zero-liquid discharge treatment of the desulfurization wastewater.The design and operation of the project were introduced.The actual operation results for more than two year showed that the treatment effect of the system was stable,and more than 70%of the wastewater was reused.At the same time,the salt produced by the system can meet the requirements of the first grade refined industrial salt in the Industrial salt standard(GB/T 5462-2016)after drying.The brine was reduced in this process,the investment and operation cost of evaporation crystallization equipment were greatly decreased,and the sodium chloride industrial salt was successfully extracted.The successful application of the technology has great reference significance for zero-liquid discharge treatment of desulfurization wastewater.
