摘要
慢性盆腔痛是由多种原因导致的骨盆及其周围组织疼痛,引起机体器官功能异常,严重影响患者的生活质量。慢性盆腔痛临床病因复杂,可涉及多个系统,临床诊治难度大。妇科因素是诸多病因中常见原因,备受关注。本文对妇科因素导致的慢性盆腔痛病因、诊断以及治疗进行综述,以期为临床慢性盆腔痛的诊治提供一定参考依据。
Chronic pelvic pain is pain in the pelvis and surrounding tissues caused by a variety of causes,causing abnormal organ function and severely affecting the quality of life of patients.The clinical etiology of chronic pelvic pain is complex and can involve multiple systems,making clinical diagnosis and treatment difficult.Gynecological factors are a common cause among many etiologies and have attracted much attention.This article reviews the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by gynecological factors,with a view to providing a certain reference for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pelvic pain.
