摘要
目的了解某部队医院医务人员手卫生依从现状,采取有效措施降低医院手卫生交叉感染。方法采取分层抽样法,选取2018年3月~2018年12月我院6个重点科室609名医务人员(含医生、护士、护理员),采用自制的《手卫生依从性调查表》对所有医护人员培训前后不同时刻手卫生依从性进行调查及统计。结果培训前,医生、护士、护理员不同时刻洗手依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后医务人员在接触患者前、接触患者后、接触物品后、脱手套后的洗手依从性上高于培训前,且医生、护士不同时刻洗手依从性高于护理员(P<0.05)。结论医生以及护士手卫生依从性高于护理员,我院应依据不同医务人员手卫生依从性结果采取合理的应对措施,提高军改期间医务人员手卫生依从率。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in military hospitals and take effective measures to reduce cross-infection in hand hygiene in hospitals.Methods A stratified sampling method was adopted.A total of 609 medical staff(including doctors,nurses,and nurses)from 6 key departments in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were selected.The self-made"Hand Hygiene Compliance Survey Form"was used.Survey and statistics on hand hygiene compliance at different times before and after training for all medical staff.Results Before the training,there was no significant difference in hand washing compliance among doctors,nurses and caregivers at different times(P<0.05).After training,medical staff had higher hand washing compliance before touching patients,after touching patients,after touching articles,and after removing gloves.Before,and doctors and nurses had better hand washing compliance at different times than nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The compliance of hand hygiene of doctors and nurses is higher than that of nurses.We should take reasonable measures according to the results of compliance of hand hygiene of different medical staff to improve the compliance rate of hand hygiene of medical staff during the military reform.Keywords:During the military reform;Medical staff;Hand hygiene status;Hand hygiene compliance rate.
