摘要
采用完全随机区组设计,在自然盐胁迫下测定了170份不同来源海岛棉(Gossypium barbadense L.)资源品种(系)萌发期的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、地上部鲜质量、地上部干质量、地上部含水量6个指标,并利用隶属函数法对其耐盐性进行了综合评价。结果表明,自然盐胁迫下海岛棉品种(系)萌发指标较对照均呈下降趋势;发芽势最为敏感,地上部干质量最为迟钝。不同来源地海岛棉萌发期耐盐系数存在差异,发芽势变异系数最大,在0.451~0.681;地上部干质量变异系数最小,在0.099~0.132。170份海岛棉资源中,中耐盐品种占大多数(58.24%),并筛选到10份强耐盐材料(‘10964’、‘4314’、‘K222’、‘孔雀202’、‘巴-5507’、‘DJ-07-136’、‘跃进高衣分’、‘新海34’、‘594-B’、‘06E2062-1’)作为棉花遗传改良的基础材料。
A random block design was used to determine six indicators:germination rate,germination potential,germination index,aboveground fresh mass,aboveground dry mass and aboveground water content of 170 Gossypium barbadense L.varieties(lines)from different sources under natural salt stress,and mathematical membership function method was used to conduct comprehensive evaluation of their salt tolerance.The results showed that:under natural salt stress,the germination index of Gossypium barbadense L.varieties(lines)declined compared with the control;The germination potential was the most sensitive and the above-ground dry mass was the most dull.The salt tolerance coefficients of Gossypium barbadense L.in the germination period differed in different countries and the germination potential coefficient of variation was the largest,ranging from 0.451 to 0.681;The dry mass of aboveground coefficient of variation was the smallest,ranging from 0.099 to 0.132.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that:among the 170 Gossypium barbadense L.resource materials,medium salt-tolerant varieties accounted for the majority(58.24%),and 10 strong salt-tolerant materials were screened out,they were:‘10964’,‘4314’,‘K222’,‘Kongque 202’,‘Ba-5507’,‘DJ-07-136’,‘Yuejingaoyifen’,‘Xinhai 34’,‘594-B’and‘06E2062-1’,all of which were likely to be used as cotton basic materials for genetic improvement.
