摘要
目的为普及中成药安全用药知识,让患者更合理、有效地使用中成药,有针对性地提出安全合理用药建议,使中成药发挥其应有的作用。方法 2019年4-8月通过"问卷星"进行线上调查,线上问卷样本主要来自山东、北京、重庆、甘肃、湖南和黑龙江,线下问卷及访谈在山东、湖南、重庆、甘肃等地开展。通过对收集到的2 204份问卷和42个典型案例访谈,深入了解不同年龄段人群对中成药的认知情况和用药习惯,探讨用药误区和盲点。结果不同年龄段人群中成药安全用药情况具有各自的不足之处。结论人们对中成药及其安全用药知识普遍认识不足,需要社会各界的关注和加强安全用药宣传普及力度。
Objective To popularize the safe medication knowledge of Chinese patent medicines to make the patients to use Chinese patent medicines more reasonably and more effectively,and to pertinently put forward the suggestions of safe and rational medication for making the Chinese patent medicines to play their due role.Methods The online survey was conducted through "Wen Juan Xing" from April to August 2019.The online questionnaire samples were mainly from Shandong,Beijing,Chongqing,Gansu,Hunan and Heilongjiang.The offline questionnaire and interviews were conducted in Shandong,Hunan,Chongqing and Gansu.Through 2 204 collected questionnaires and 42 typical case interviews,the cognition situation and medication habits of different age groups on the Chinese patent medicines were deeply understood,and the medication errors and blind spots were discussed.Results There were different deficiencies in the safe use of Chinese patent medicines in different populations.Conclusion There is a general lack of awareness of Chinese patent medicines and their safe use,which need more attention and strengthen the publicity and popularization force of safe medication from all walks of life.
