摘要
在对现有文献进行归纳总结的基础上,从“共轭”视角分析职业教育与城市发展的关系,提出共轭理论在哲学社会科学领域的解释,建立职业教育与城市发展的共轭模型,探讨职业教育与城市协同发展的共轭关系,揭示其共轭机理,并基于共轭理论对淮海经济区4个典型城市进行实证研究。形成基于职业教育与城市共轭发展的政策建议是要重视职业教育和经济协同发展的共轭状态及其变化;完善职业教育与经济发展间的协调性;适当加大职业教育投入,有效提升职业教育对经济发展的促进作用。
Based on the summary of current literature,the relationship between vocational education and urban development is analyzed from the perspective of conjugate theory,the explanation of conjugate theory in the field of philosophy and social sciences is introduced,the conjugate model of vocational education and urban development is built,and the conjugate relationship between vocational education and urban development is explored to reveal conjugate mechanism.The empirical study of four typical cities in Huaihai economic zone is conducted based on conjugate theory.The policies and suggestions based on the conjugate development of vocational education and cities are as follows:First,attaching importance to the conjugate state and change of the coordinated development of vocational education and economy;second,improving coordination between vocational education and economic development;third,appropriately increasing the investment in vocational education to effectively enhance the role of vocational education in promoting economic development.
