微课结合微信公众号在儿科护理学教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微课结合微信公众号在儿科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法通过随机的方法抽取安康某校全日制护理本科1班35个学生为试验组,全日制护理本科2班35个学生为对照组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,即老师通过PPT课件大讲台上讲,学生在台下听讲;试验组在传统教学的基础上,申请一个微信公众号,并将课堂上的重点、难点以某一知识点的形式做成5~1 0min的微课,发布在微信公众号上,供学生在课下利用业余时间自行学习;课程结束后,比较2组学生的考试成绩、教学效果及对老师授课模式的满意度。结果试验组学生的考试成绩明显高于对照组的学生(P<0.05),试验组对老师的授课模式的满意度高于对照组。结论以短、小视频为核心的微课发布在微信公众号供学生课下学习的教学方法,能调动学生主动学习的积极性,对晦涩难懂的儿科护理学的教学有一个很好的辅助作用,能提高学生对教师授课模式的满意度,教学效果优于传统的教学模式。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro course combined with WeChat public account in the teaching of pediatric nursing. Methods 35 students from class 1, a full-time nursing undergraduate course of a school in ankang were randomly selected as the experimental group, and 35 students from class 2, a full-time nursing undergraduate course were selected as the control group. On the basis of traditional teaching, the experimental group applied for a WeChat official account, and made the key and difficult points in the class into 5~ 10 minutes of micro class in the form of a certain knowledge point, and published it on the WeChat official account for students to learn by themselves in their spare time after class. At the end of the course, the students of the two groups were compared on their test scores, teaching effect and satisfaction with the teaching mode. Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfaction of the experimental group with the teaching mode was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion i The short and micro video as the core class issued in WeChat public teaching methods for students after class can arouse the enthusiasm of students’ active learning, obscure the pediatric nursing teaching have a very good auxiliary function, can improve the satisfaction of students of teachers’ teaching mode, and the teaching effect is better than that of the traditional teaching mode.
