摘要
基于现有研究,从职业技能大赛选手的心理调适内涵、心理调适作用机制等方面,构建职业技能大赛选手心理调适框架,阐述影响选手心理波动的关键因素,并提出具有针对性的心理调适路径。心理调适实施过程要注意区分不同竞赛阶段选手的认知评价,从赛前、赛中和赛后三个阶段入手,根据不同阶段选手的具体心理需求,使用适当的心理调适方法,从而更好地解决选手已有的心理问题,提升心理技能。
Based on the existing research,this paper constructs the psychological adjustment framework of the vocational skills competitors from the aspects of their psychological adjustment connotation and psychological adjustment mechanism,elaborates the key factors that influence competitors'psychological fluctuation,and proposes targeted psychological adjustment paths.In the process of psychological adjustment,attention should be paid to distinguishing between competitors'cognitive evaluations at different competition stages.Appropriate psychological adjustment methods should be used according to the specific psychological needs of competitors at different stages(before,during and after the game)in order to better alleviate the existing psychological problems of competitors and improve their psychological skills.
