摘要
根据通辽市自然资源现况和林业有害生物发生情况,分析了防治减灾工作存在的问题和面临的形势,总结了目前生物防控工作的现状及所取得的效果,并从加强思想认识、责任落实、基础能力建设、防治机制、科学技术支撑、监管督导方面对未来提高林业有害生物防控质量提出了对策和建议。
Based on the situation of forestry pest prevention and control in Tongliao city,this paper analyzes the problems and situations in the current prevention and reduction mission,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of prevention and control from the aspects of strengthening ideological understanding,responsibility implementation,basic capacity construction,prevention and control mechanism,scientific and technological support,supervision and supervision.
