摘要
建立了绿色开采行为驱动机制理论模型,通过对煤炭企业中层决策者的问卷调查,收集到302份有效样本并进行了变量的信效度检验。通过模型假设和检验,从企业决策者的角度,对绿色开采技术应用的驱动机制进行了研究。研究结果表明:煤炭企业对于绿色开采的行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制因素会直接影响绿色开采意向,并进而影响绿色开采的实现。在这一作用机制下,行为态度与主观规范对绿色开采意向的影响程度是较高的,而知觉行为控制对绿色开采意向的影响程度较低。
The theory model of behavior driving mechanism of green mining is constructed.A survey is conducted for domestic coal enterprises.The reliability and validity of the variables are tested with data from 302 valid samples.The driving mechanism of green mining is studied from the perspective of coal companies’decision makers.The research results show that coal companies’attitudes,subjective norms,and perceived behavior control factors for green mining will directly affect green mining intentions,and finally affect the realization of green mining.The degree of influence of behavior attitudes and subjective norms on green mining intentions is high,and the degree of influence of perceived behavior control on green mining intentions is low.
