摘要
针对中介轴承声发射故障信号非平稳、非线性,且故障信号特征微弱等特点,将信息熵理论与量子理论相融合,提出了一种多尺度量子熵的中介轴承故障特征提取方法。首先,建立了声发射信号的多量子位系统,构建量子信息熵的计算方法;然后,采集4种不同工况下的中介轴承声发射信号,最后,对采集的故障信号进行多尺度分解,提取不同尺度下粗粒向量的量子熵值。结果表明,提取的故障特征能够准确表征中介轴承故障状态,且具有良好的稳定性。
Aiming at the non-stationary,non-linear and weak characteristics of acoustic emission fault signals of Inter-shaft bearings,a multi-scale quantum entropy based fault feature extraction method for Inter-shaft bearings was proposed,which combined information entropy theory with quantum theory.Firstly,the multi-qubit system of AE signal was established,and the calculation method of quantum information entropy was constructed.Then,the AE signals of Inter-shaft bearing under four different working conditions were collected.Finally,the fault signals were decomposed at multi-scale to extract the quantum entropy values of coarse-grained vectors at different scales.The results show that the fault features extracted can accurately characterize the fault state of Inter-shaft bearings and have good stability.
