摘要
在企业经营过程中,编写了大量的文件,文件的质量好坏在影响着企业的经营管理活动。这就需要制定一系列文件管理要求,进行适当的文件标准化管理。文件的表观检查是其中重要一环,但存在着人工检查效率低,检查疏漏多的问题。基于上述情况,利用VSTO技术,开发一种文件标准化检查工具,可以在Microsoft Word软件中以标签页插件的形式呈现,实现文件的标准化检查。检查范围包括字体字号、缩进、行距等常规错误检查,也包括单位检查、密级检查等智能检查等检查项。
In the process of enterprise operation,a large number of documents have been prepared.The quality of documents affects the operation and management of enterprises.This requires the development of a series of document management requirements,for the appropriate document standardized management.The apparent inspection of documents is an important part of it.But there are many problems such as low efficiency of manual inspection too many omissions.Based on the above situation,using VSTO technology to develop a document standardization inspection tool.It can be presented in the form of tab plug-in in Microsoft Word to realize the standardized inspection of documents.The inspection scope includes normal error inspection such as font size,indentation and line spacing as well as intelligent inspection and secret level inspection.
